Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for
troubleshooting and resolving complex, multi-tier web problems
across different platforms Design, implement, and support automated
continuous integration and deployment processes in conjunction with
development and QA teams Implement and monitor application
performance tracking to ensure site uptime and response times.
Manage status and renewals of certificates and web domains Secure,
scale, and manage Unix/Linux virtual environments to meet
performance specifications using Chef Establish and modify team
procedures to ensure compliance with application security policies,
HIPAA Monitor environments for penetration and malicious attack
attempts, anomalies, and errors. Provide reporting and escalation
of issues. Apply OS upgrades and patches Data backup management,
scheduling and reporting for both internal corporate systems and
data centers systems Provide Level II support and resolution, as
well as escalation updates to the ITS and Executive Management Team
Participate in a 24x7x365 support rotation. Maintain schedule,
escalations, and maintenance windows in on-call application Present
ideas and solutions such as network diagrams and written reports in
a clear and organized manner at different levels in the
organization Collaborate with other IT departments and external
vendors as needed Flexibility to work PST hours You'll be rewarded

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: BS in
Information Systems or related technical field 3 years of
experience with configuration automation software using Chef 3
years of experience in network and application monitoring and
alerting. Experience with open source tools such as SensuGo,
Nagios, or SNMP 3 years of experience with network management and
troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, VPNs, firewalls) 3 years of
experience managing MySQL and MongoDB databases and their system
requirements Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function
of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19
booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.

experience managing the configuration, operation, tuning, and
support of Apache or NginX servers for public websites 3 years of
experience building, testing, and deploying secure web applications
on Java or NodeJS, using Atlassian Bamboo or Jenkins 3 years of
experience with version control software, such as GitHub 3 years of
experience working with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web
Services or Microsoft Azure 3 years of experience in at least one
programming language, preferably Bash, Python, Java, or Ruby
Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with
virtualization software such VMware, KVM, XEN Experience working in
an agile development environment Excellent team player, including
the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
but able to work independently Demonstrated initiative, flexibility
and ability to concurrently manage multiple deadline-driven tasks
and deliverables Excellent verbal and written communication to all

Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for
Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for
Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
