Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a qualified professional to provide one-on-one behavioral support to a student with severe needs. This contract position is for the current school year and requires on-site work starting ASAP. Responsibilities include: Delivering individualized behavioral interventions and support to a student with severe needs Collaborating with classroom staff to integrate behavioral strategies within the general education setting Completing daily behavioral reporting and documentation to monitor progress Ensuring consistency and reinforcement of positive behaviors throughout the school day Qualifications: Experience working as a Behavior Specialist in K-12 educational settings Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred Strong skills in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection Ability to work effectively in a collaborative classroom environment This role involves 35 hours per week supporting the student and contributing to their academic and behavioral success.
