Job Description Job Description We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee roofing and exterior construction projects from planning through completion. This role combines project coordination, team leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. What You’ll Do: Oversee residential and commercial roofing and exterior projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to meet project timelines Review project scope, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution Track project budgets, schedules, and change orders Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to manage expectations Resolve issues, delays, and field challenges efficiently Ensure all work meets safety regulations, company standards, and manufacturer guidelines Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in roofing, construction, or exterior contracting Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project documentation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Benefits Competitive compensation Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment
