4 Leaf, Inc., a leading project management and engineering services firm, is seeking an experienced Inspector of Record to enhance our regulatory compliance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects within government, healthcare, and education sectors meet all relevant regulatory and safety standards. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of evaluating complex construction documents, conducting site inspections, and maintaining comprehensive compliance records. Conduct detailed site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Review and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications to verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate inspection findings and provide actionable feedback. Document inspection results and initiate follow-up actions as required. Participate in project meetings to provide insights on compliance issues and risk management. Maintain continuous knowledge of updates in industry regulations and codes applicable to the construction of government, healthcare, and education facilities. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks for multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with compliance software and tools. Certified Construction Inspector (CCI) or equivalent. OSHA Certification (preferred).
