Job Description:
A company is looking for an ESA Report Writer to prepare Phase I
Environmental Site Assessments remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Phase I ESA Reports in accordance with ASTM E1527 and
client specifications
Conduct interviews and review historical information to identify
potential environmental concerns
Interpret records and photographs to support findings in ESA
reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering,
or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs per ASTM
E1527
Preferred state certifications for ACM, Lead, Mold, and Radon
Preferred certification for US EPA AHERA and AARST NRPP
Compliance with local regulations may require specific licenses or
certifications
