Avanta is an American company based in Minsk that develops and constantly improves its applications in the Dating vertical. Meetville, our most thriving dating app with 30+ million users across the USA, the UK, Canada, and Australia, turned 10 years in 2020. We take pride in what has been done. It inspires us to do more, do better, and create new products. Currently, we are scaling markets and are going to launch another dating app to serve their Generation Z peers. We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our Marketing Team of professionals who are full of energy and enthusiasm and never shelter from challenges. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead Marketing Department (9 Design, UA, and SEO rockstars)
• Manage marketing for cross-platform web and mobile products, using both web and mobile channels
• Launch new products and run their unit economics in the highly competitive international market
• Together with the Product Team, make the main business metrics (ROI, LTV, ARPPU) boost
• Hold in-person meetings, to Skype, email, text, etc. in both Russian and English
• Manage and operate large ad $-budgets to ensure niche business metrics growth
• Ensure effective reasonable dialogue with other company's departments and teams
• Ensure effective development of Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Marketing subdivisions new to the company Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile and web app marketing. Good to have experience in Dating, Education, Mental Health
  • Experience in leading a department or group of marketers
  • Strong skill in the use of the main business metrics: ROI, LTV, ARPPU
  • Constant monitoring of and remaining up-to-date with the current trends in digital marketing
  • Longing for apply creative and innovative marketing approaches
  • Ability to lobby for a business idea against top management
  • B2+ (Upper Intermediate) command of English Our benefits include:
