On-site, San Francisco, CA 94104 Position Overview This role serves
as a key point of contact for visitors and staff, supports office
logistics, and assists with routine operational needs in a
professional, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
Maintain office organization, including stocking common areas,
workrooms, and conference spaces Perform front desk and reception
duties, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries Manage
incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Process and organize
paper files related to tax documentation Assist with ordering,
setting up, and cleaning up for meetings and catered lunches Order
and replenish office and kitchen supplies as needed Support general
office operations and facilities-related tasks Assist with special
projects and administrative tasks as assigned Basic Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office services,
facilities, or a similar administrative role (required) Technical
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,
Excel) Ability to work on-site Strong verbal and written
communication skills Professional, polished demeanor with excellent
client-facing presence Ability to adapt communication style to
effectively engage with diverse audiences Strong organizational and
multitasking skills; able to work independently or collaboratively
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced,
