Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and
professional Office Assistant to support daily office operations in
a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role plays a key part
in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and
comfortable juggling multiple tasks while interacting with
employees and visitors. Location: San Francisco, CA 94104 (Fully
Onsite) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support front desk and reception
duties, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and
packages Stock and organize office, kitchen, and supply areas Order
and replenish office and kitchen supplies as needed Assist with
paper processing and document handling related to tax and
administrative work Support meeting and event setup, including room
preparation and catering/lunch orders Maintain cleanliness and
organization of common areas and conference rooms Provide general
office and facilities support as needed to ensure smooth daily
operations Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or
equivalent (required) Minimum of one (1) year of experience in
office services, facilities, administrative support, or a similar
role (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,
Word, Excel) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to work fully
onsite at the assigned office location Strong verbal and written
communication skills Polished, professional demeanor with the
ability to interact confidently with clients and staff Ability to
adapt communication style to diverse audiences Strong
organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively Comfortable working independently as well as
collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with the
ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office environment and
requires consistent onsite presence. The position may involve light
physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting office
supplies, and setting up meeting spaces. Pay Details: $20.00 to
