This is a part-time position working up to 40 hours a week. Expected hours of work to be at the office between the hours of 9am – 4:30pm (Flexible Hours). This position provides office and project support to various divisions and locations. The ideal candidate must possess a strong administrative skill set with and ability to take ownership of issues, prioritize effectively and contribute to our shared values. They must have a "team first" mentality and understand that exceptional customer service is vital to this role. Diligence and focus are important. Basic knowledge of MS Office suite. Responsibilities & Duties

  • Office support (answer team calls, email, intranet, office & kitchen supply ordering, filing, scanning, ensuring the organization and office equipment is in good working order, preparation of mail).
  • Coordinate employee events and offer employee customer service
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Assist finance with mail and checks
  • Assist with document control
  • Perform work related errands
  • Job may require travel to work at other office locations (mileage reimbursement or company vehicle)
  • Other daily, weekly, monthly tasks as assignedQualifications & Skills
    • At least 4 years similar work experience including customer service
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a team environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Discretion in handling confidential matters with tact and diplomacy
    • Valid CA driver's license and driving record requirements for using Harris vehicles
    • Excellent computer skills in word processing, database management, webpage posting and electronic communication software
