With strong leadership, we promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and teamwork where member efforts are always acknowledged._ _We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plans, paid time off, flexible schedules, paid training, and more _ The responsibilities of the Office Administrator position include, but are not limited to, the following: Performs a wide variety of administrative duties, performs related work as assigned Answer and direct phone calls with a clear, concise, and professional voice Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries Find coverage for late call offs or new jobs Uses scheduling software to adjust schedules Uses software to monitor officer activity during all shifts and at all posts Develop and maintain a filing system Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient Resolve administrative issues Position requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Proven administrative or assistant experience preferred Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software is required Demonstrated ability to be very customer service oriented Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong organizational and planning skills Physical/Mental requirements and working environment: The job is performed in an office environment The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities Must be able to clearly speak, read and write English Restrictions Apply; no call offs and/or no shows, or failure to complete all required reports including proper timekeeping Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Overnight shift Weekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate: Concord, CA 94520: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
