RECEPTIONIST ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT -

Company looking for a candidate that obtains 3 years of
experience being a receptionist/administrative assistant. This is
for a stable company. Will be first of contact with the company's
clients and customers on the phones and in person. Must be able to
answer multi-phone lines, scheduling appointments, ordering
supplies from approved vendors, handling HEAVY paperwork, must be
able to type at a 100% accuracy in data entry when inputting
information in the company's database, and conducting closing
procedures. Must have excellent competency with Microsoft Office.
Computer skills are very important to this client! Must arrive on
time to work and be professional.
