Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring a Finance Associate to join our client in San Francisco, CA. This direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work environment with two days in office. The Finance Associate will be responsible for reading through complex contract documentation and preparing calculations monthly, performing cash reconciliation, and developing complex models and large datasets. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, and would be a good fit for an applicant with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage tight deadlines. Responsibilities: · Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including debt, fee and waterfall calculations, interest and currency derivatives, and portfolio statistical data · Read through complex contract documentation and prepare calculations · Perform cash reconciliation · Develop and maintain complex models and large datasets · Present value remarketing calculations Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required · 2 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking or related field · Loan compliance and loan reporting experience required · Excellent analytical and communication skills · Proficiency in Excel · Ability to interpret complex contract documentation · Experience developing models and large datasets required · Exceptional attention to detail · Ability to manage tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life & AD&D insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Travel Assistance, Flexible Spending Account, 401(k) pan, commuter benefits and paid time off.
