Job Description Job Description Tax Senior Tax Senior Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Senior to join our team, who will be responsible for managing tax compliance and planning activities for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax regulations and a proven track record in delivering high-quality tax services. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities Provide guidance and support to junior staff and interns Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and trends Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax matters and prepare necessary documentation Support audit processes by preparing required tax-related documents and responding to inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations CPA or EA designation preferred CFP is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
