At Vituity, we are seeking a proactive and analytical Manager, Denial Prevention to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on minimizing revenue losses and ensuring efficiency in our billing practices. By harnessing the synergy between healthcare expertise and strategic management, you will play an integral role in enhancing our organizations financial health and sustaining our commitment to excellent patient care. Implement and oversee denial prevention strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance. Analyze patterns and trends of denials to identify root causes and develop system-wide improvements. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to educate and ensure compliance with current healthcare laws, billing practices, and insurance regulations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to denials and appeals processes. Manage a team of denial prevention specialists, providing training, support, and evaluation to ensure effective performance. Coordinate with IT department to improve and update software systems that support billing and denial management processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data Excellent leadership and team management capabilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and regulations Proficient in using healthcare information systems and medical billing software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
