Large Medical Group seeking a Human Resources Generalist and Benefit Administrator. Successful candidates will possess a B.A. degree and 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Generalist and come with also a strong background in safety. A PHR certification is a plus, strong written and verbal communication skills required. In this role you will be responsible for directing and implementing HR policies, programs and procedures, advising management and employees on questions or problems relating to HR. Essential job functions will include, working with department managers and supervisors to identify administrative staff needs and to develop a strategic recruitment plan. Coordinates the use of temporary employees. Works with department managers, supervisors and HR to develop and maintain job descriptions for all administrative and clinical support positions.
