Ryder today!SUMMARYThe Sr. Scrum Master has the responsibility of
leading a mid-size team of Developers, Testers, BA and Technical
lead. They are responsible for providing an oversight in the key
areas of upholding and facilitating Scrum Principles, sprint and
release planning, deployment planning, communication and reporting,
and agile process improvements and standardsESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONSManage multiple Agile and/or Hybrid projects under
same/different Business Portfolio. Facilitating and supporting the
team in meeting their Sprint and Release goals towards Product
Delivery. Strongly serving the Product Owner and Development Team
in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers.
Ensure all entry criteria for UAT and production are met.
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect
to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Coach team and
supporting members on Agile methodology and mindset. Guiding the
team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the
Agile/Scrum frameworks. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team
and organization and coaching the team to achieve higher levels of
maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the
team and organization. Prepare/Provide Agile Trainings.Removing
impediments or coaching the team to self-manage/self-organize,
remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the
impediment or coming up with creative ways and thinking outside the
box.Track, manage and monitor the budget for the scrum team.Conduct
and facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies (daily standups sprint
planning, grooming sessions, product reviews, sprint retrospectives
and other essential scrum events)Provide recommendations to scrum
team on how to increase effectiveness and efficiency with a keen
eye on process improvement opportunities. Champion for continuous
improvement in processes and standards within scrum team and
contribute ideas and lead initiatives for the Enterprise Agile
Transformation. Recommend improvements and exhibit ownership in
driving recommendations to actual deliverable.Create all required
artifacts required by Ryder's agile methodology. Generate sprint
health reports and other dashboards as it pertains to the product.
Maintains communication with relevant Business representative
(Product Owner) and Functional representatives in regards to
statuses, risks and concerns impacting the sprint delivery. Owns
and maintains Ryder approved ALM tool as it pertains to the team's
sprint and release and helps the team to maintain their own updates
and deliverables. Track and approve hours worked by team members in
PPM toolADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as
assignedEDUCATIONBachelor's degree Computer Science /Related
Areas.EXPERIENCEFive (5) years or more experience Scrum MasterThree
(3) years or more experience Product Owner preferredSKILLS. Servant

principles to the team. Team Coach - Coaches the team on the agile

authority, make the tough calls.. Communicative and Social - Must
be able to communicate well with teams and fellow Scrum Masters..
Situationally Aware - Must be the first to notice the differences
and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
Enthusiastic - Must be high-energy. Continual Improvement - Must
continually be growing ones craft learning new tools and techniques
to manage oneself and team.. Conflict resolution - Must be able to
facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different
approaches.. Attitude of empowerment - Must be able to lead a team
to self-organization. Attitude of transparency - Must desire to
bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development
and grow business trust.KNOWLEDGEexperience in the Scrum Master
role for at least seven years for a software development; advanced
level.Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Scrumban,
etc.; advanced level; preferred.Basic knowledge of SAFE - Scaled
Agile Framework; intermediate level.Knowledge and/or experience
with widely successful Agile best practices: User Stories, ATDD,
TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated
Testing, Agile Games; intermediate level.Applicable knowledge of
the technologies used by the team; intermediate level.LICENSESOther
CSM - Certified Scrum Master (Upon Hire, required).Other CSPO -
Certified Scrum Product Owner (60 Days,

is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges;
marketThe salary for this position ranges from $ 100 K - $120K.
Salaries may be supplementedwith a bonus as applicable and/or as
